Radhanath Swami on Attitude of a Genuine Spiritualist
In today's world we are all so inflated by our false egos that we cannot come to terms with the fact that we can do any wrong. We feel that all our actions and opinions are always right and the other person is wrong. When something is right, we take the credit for it, but when something goes wrong, we pass on the blame to someone else. A genuine spiritualist carries the exact opposite attitude.

Radhanath Swami is so true on this subject. I think its because of fear or to maintain our good reputation or position one always tries to grab the credit. But his 6th sense doesn;t make him feel comfortable. This person also gets jealous when he sees others are glorified.
ReplyDeleteMaharaj, you are a live example of the above stated Genuine Spiritualist. Your life story is the exact representation of your teachings. Thanks a million for every thing.
ReplyDeleteWhat Radhanath Swami is saying is that when we do something right we should pass on the credit to all those who helped us directly or indirectly and express gratitude, otherwise this will boost our ego which is the impediment to spiritual aspirations. A wonderful ideal to strive for.
ReplyDeleteThis is so much true. One can easily relate to this fact at workplace which is full of playing the blame game for anything done wrong, taking other's credits.'
ReplyDeleteRadhanath Swami is a symbol of determination, dedication & devotion. He is also a shining example of religious tolerance & humility. He treats everyone with utmost love & respect, irrespective of a person's social, cultural & religious affiliations.
ReplyDeleteReally from this Radhanath Maharaj is telling to the whole world that what should be our attitude in order to make peace and harmony at all levels.
ReplyDeleteI once read in Radhanath Maharaj's quotes that humility means i am wrong, you are right. Thank you very much for giving the wonderful vision.
ReplyDeleteThis is true and is happening everywhere in today's world due to false ego and lack of sense of integrity.Maharaj's teachings alerts and helps us on aspects like gratitude and accepting our mistakes.
ReplyDeleteVery very true........Now a days u find so called spiritualists who have different intentions other then spirituality.......this is a nice test to measure them.......
ReplyDeleteThank you Radhanath Swami Maharaj for this post. Everywhere we see, everyone one we see, (including my self) has this tendency of being very eager for taking credit. How difficult it is to be exactly opposite. Read more about Radhanath Swami on - I came across some very nice encounters. http://www.itsohappened.com/
ReplyDeleteThis is so very true. We always want to take credit for the good things and blame others for the wrong done, However if we follow the path of Spiritual guru by doing exactly opposite this will help us to uplift our goal.our main aim of life is to go back to godhead and not just get appreciation from material world
ReplyDeleteRadhanath swami is a perfect example of a genuine spiritualist. He always gives the credit to others.
ReplyDeleteit is true that today people are more interested in passing the buck and escape by putting the blame on others.maharaj is a good judge of human behaviour and psychology.
ReplyDeleteso we need to be careful always.
Radhanath Swami makes it very clear and understandable,as to how one must be genuine if one is serious about his spiritual progress, duplicity will only frustrate all our efforts whether spiritual of material
ReplyDeleteRadhanath Maharaj , you definitely have the true spirit of a spiritualist. Rather taht finding faults you look for a spark of goodness. and instead of taking credit for oneself u pass on all the credit to the previous acharyas. what a wonderful example you are setting.
ReplyDeleteThank you for such wonderful message Maharaj!!
ReplyDeleteHow true.... giving credit to others & taking responsibility for errors is so difficult for a materialist & so natural for a real spiritualist
ReplyDeleteReally, we have such big egos! Hopefully someday we can have some modesty.
ReplyDeleteHe always glorify others...
ReplyDeleteDifficult..... But in his association looks simple and achiavable.
ReplyDelete"The buck stops here!" said John F. Keneddy but Radhanath Swami Maharaj gives a much deeper and clearer understanding of this idea. He does so because he practices what he preaches himself. Thank you Maharaj.
ReplyDeleteONES ATTITUDE DETERMINES ONES ADVANCEMENT IN KC HERE MAHARJ SAYS WHAT SHOULD BE OUR ATTITUDE
ReplyDeleteRadhanath Swami is reminding us that we can do tremendous ego boost up if we think we have done great work - actually a little reflection will make it clear that outcomes are not in our hands.
ReplyDeleteAll Glories to Radhanath Swami!!!
ReplyDeleteRadhanath Swami is speaking the bitter truth...we think in the reverse way....
ReplyDeleteThis is very true as told by Radhanath swami,we realize this when we get angry and do something very negative but after anger subsides we realoze that we were wrong and during our anger we were not ready to accept our faults. Thank you for bringing out this point
