Radhanath Swami on Sunshine Through the Dispersed Cloud

The soul’s nature is to surrender to God. If it’s our desire to enjoy independent of the Lord, he covers our consciousness with a cloud of illusion. Thus clouded, we forget your relationship with him and think that we are a material body. The whole material existence is operating under this cloud of illusion. By chanting the holy names and associating with devotees, we dissipate this cloud. Then, our true nature as eternal loving servants of God shines forth – just like the sunshine bursts through a dispersed cloud.

    It is only by the mercy of the spiritual master that the cloud of illusion covering the eyes of the fallen soul is removed. Radhanath Swami ki Jai!

    Wonderful article.

    It is very difficult to overcome illusion/maya unless and untill surrender on to The Lotus feet of Lord Sri Krishna.
