Putting philosophy into practice, to the best of our abilities – that’s real spiritual life. Some people get so caught up in the mere intellectual aspect of philosophy that they don’t really take any of it seriously. They just want to know more and more, without applying any of it in their lives.
But even if we know only a few fundamental principles of spiritual life, and seriously apply them in our lives, follow them ardently, without hypocrisy or ulterior motives, we will attain spiritual perfection – of this there is no doubt.

Walking the talk is the integral part of any leader and Radhanath swami has demonstrated it as a spiritual leader throughout.
ReplyDeleteI liked the definition of spiritual life given by Radhanath Swami here - "Putting philosophy into practice, to the best of our abilities"
ReplyDeleteAs Radhanath Swami has rightly pointed out, practicing philosophy is the real need of the hour.
ReplyDeleteWithout practicing any philosophy, there can be no realizations. And without realizations, the philosophy remains merely theoretical. Radhanath Swami is the personification of this principle.
ReplyDeleteIf you believe in a philosophy, practise it! This is what Radhanath Swami tells us by his personla example.
ReplyDeleteThank you Radhanath Swami Maharaja for stressing on application of philosophy
ReplyDeleteVery true
ReplyDeletepracticing Philosophy is more important than reading details but yet not practicing
ReplyDeleteRadhanth swami gas always put practice before any non-sense speaking
ReplyDeleteHerein Radhanath Swami has spoken the most practical defination of spiritual life. Oh its sooo easy. Thank you.
ReplyDeleteSo the emphasis is really on action rather than on words
ReplyDeleteRadhanath Swami expalins so clearly how our intent in spiritual life is so important. He also says how understanding the essence is more essential than just following the rules.
ReplyDeletevery nice blog
ReplyDeletethank you Maharaj.
ReplyDeleteRadhanath Swami has captured the essence of what is spirituality. To act what we speak is not so easy and that's why Action certainly speaks much louder than words.
ReplyDeleteAction speaks louder than words, more so in philosophy.
